Soft Launch n.
The partial, deniable introduction of a person to an audience: a wrist in a photo, an unnamed "someone," a story with one intended viewer. Calibrated for plausible deniability in both directions.
The soft launch is engineered to be readable by exactly one person while remaining officially about nothing. Its success is measured not in likes but in whether the intended viewer reacts within the hour.
You are the viewer. You were always the viewer.
Representative usage
He posted a blurry hand holding a coffee and refreshed the viewer list all afternoon.
